Data Deletion

How to request data deletion at JoyPara:

At JoyPara, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you have used Facebook Login to access our platform and wish to delete your associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Via App/Website: Log in to your JoyPara account, go to 'My Profile' or 'Settings', and select the 'Delete Account' option. This will permanently remove your data from our servers.
  2. Manual Request: You can also send an email to our support team at support@joyparabd.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please provide your registered email or phone number.

Once the request is processed, all your personal information, including your order history and profile details, will be deleted within 7 business days.
